John Goode Jr.
President & Chief Operating Officer
John Goode Jr. currently serves as President & Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the company’s board of directors. Prior to joining AP Labs he served as President of MSP Aviation Inc. a FAA certified manufacturer of specialty hardware supplying the military, commercial and general aviation industries.

Andy Mason
Vice President - Product Development
Andy Mason is currently responsible for new product and business development. He has been with the company since 1990 in various roles including Engineering Management, Software Development and System Integration. Prior to AP Labs, Andy was a Systems and Software Engineer at TRW Military Electronics and Avionics Division for 6 years.

Michael Burdick
Vice President - Engineering/Operations
Michael Burdick originally joined AP Labs in 1997 as the Director of Engineering, and was recently promoted to Vice President of Engineering/Operations.  Michael’s expertise in the areas of mechanical design and engineering has allowed him to hold career positions ranging from Sr. Mechanical Engineer to New Product Introduction Team Leader. Michael graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Jim Goode
Vice President - Corporate Development
Jim Goode is Vice President of Corporate Development and is responsible for strategic planning, business development, marketing and customer service. Prior to joining AP Labs, Jim was the Director of Marketing Management for AT&T Mobility. Jim holds a MBA from the University of Southern California.

Michael Humphrey
Director - Business Development
Michael Humphrey has experience working with major OEMs and the military on programs that have required complex engineering solutions. With several engineering qualifications, and a strong bias towards electronics & communications gained in the UK he quickly transitioned to a career in sales.  A native of England, during his twenty two years in the US he has made significant contributions to the system packaging standards that guide our established customer base. Previously Michael has held senior management positions with Dawn VME and APW Electronic Solutions/VERO Electronics.
