The AP Labs FS-1118 has a 18-slot front loading 6U VME card cage.  It is designed to mount within an EIA RS-310 standard rack, utilizing the steel slides or can be desktop mounted with the rubber feet provided.

Two half height 3.5” drives may be mounted in the rear of the chassis.

The FS-1118 is offered with a high quality, universal input 800 Watts power supply.

The vertical placement of the card cage gives instant access to cards or connectors.  Easy access to the rear of the chassis saves time and adds convenience during possible troubleshooting. 

The system is designed for maximum ease of use and maintainability.  With the removal of six fasteners, the upper body of the unit can be raised up.  By pivoting in the rear, access to the fans is provided.  Removing the top cover provides access to the power supply and rear peripherals.
