With over 15 years of cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing experience, AP Labs is well positioned to meet your build-to-print requirements. AP Labs has expanded its focus on military, aerospace, missile and defense electronic programs to include high volume production capabilities serving the growing telecom and commercial electronic markets.
From flight critical aerospace harnesses to simple discrete wire assemblies, AP Labs can meet your toughest requirements. Our experienced and dedicated workforce follow detailed workflow instructions to measure, cut, mark, and coil wires and coaxial cable, as required, to ensure the correct harness configuration. Metal Fabrication and Machining
AP Labs' manufacturing services facilities include metal fabrication and machining. Our primary emphasis is on sheet metal fabrication, machining, and precision assembly programs. Circuit Card Assembly
AP Labs offers Circuit Card Assembly services, specializing in labor-intensive, thru-hole, duel-sided and multi-layered assemblies. We use a variety of automated and semi-automated techniques for high and low volume CCA production. Our structured workflow process produces a range of CCAs using advanced manufacturing techniques. Specialized turnkey or labor-only programs support "Just-In-Time" manufacturing for fast, efficient turnaround with high yields.
